BBQ Banana with Boozy Cherries and Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 5 cherries preserved in gin or alcohol
- 100 g chocolate
Method:
Place a large sheet of aluminium foil over a pasta bowl to create a pocket. Add the peeled banana, the preserved cherries and the chocolate. Close the foil tightly to make a parcel and place it on a BBQ for about 10 minutes. Carefully open and enjoy.
